UDISE code stands for Unified District Information System for Education. You can find any school’s UDISE code on the government website www.schoolreportcards.in.

Steps to get your school’s UDISE code:

  1. Visit www.schoolreportcards.in.

  2. Go to the Locate School option near the Home menu.

  3. Fill in the form fields (Academic Year, State, District, Block, etc.) with as much detail as possible.

  4. Click Search and wait for the results to load.

  5. A list of schools will appear, where you can find your school’s UDISE number.

Schools with a minimum area of 1,500 sq. ft (or 1,000 sq. ft in hilly/island regions) and basic facilities like a computer lab with internet, library, playground, and regular staff/student attendance are eligible to apply. Full criteria are in the ATL application guidelines on the AIM website.

NITI Aayog provides a ₹20 lakh grant for ATL labs: ₹12 lakh is disbursed in the first year, and the remaining ₹8 lakh is released in equal installments over the next four years.
